I bought a filling jig at same time rather than fill these by hand.Have scrupulously dry hands or the capsules will dissolve in your hands!I looked at their website and the scale of their operation reassured meI successfully filled a 100, and found there were plenty of spares, so that is generous, and necessary because some were deformed or got moist and so deformed that way. They lock well.It would be nice if they’d sell the two halves separately packaged, as the first thing I had to do was separate 100 capsules !

The media could not be loaded. Capsules all congealed together. Probably a humidity issue prior to packaging, but QC should have caught this considering its a food item if so, and storage after the fact must be queried if not down to QC.Either way, completely unacceptable - I have requested a refund and will seek another supplier - this raises serious questions about the products safety if humidity is not being controlled.
