The right one! Highly recommended! Very comfortable!
I am very happy I finally found the one! I have been looking for a few years and even tried a few. This is the best one! I found it by chance by looking at video about traveling on you tube. One video was about conference showing new products for traveling. Some bloger was taking interview from multiple stands. I have never heard about this brand but apparently they did alot of testing. Long story short I have trip coming up going to Japan there's no way I will be on a plane for this long without pillow. So I ordered it. I didn't have high hopes but construction was promising and that blogger said it was really comfortable in her comments, she tried it on camera. Well I received it today and omg it is sooo comfortable! It is definitely working for the purpose, which I was hoping because it is structured like a brace. Foam on inside is just the right firmness and softness. It is really comfortable. Whole thing is not too heavy nor extremely bulky. It is about 2 fists size and foldable. I like vents and I like structured support. Works perfect for me. The only hesitancy can be for young girls who is obsessed about there looks, as it can push your cheeks a tiny bit up when you resting in it. So if you are about function and no pain in the neck it is the best 100%. If you are about looks I would still try it, because it is soo comfortable and see if you are happy with it. Versatility is good too. I personally didn't need much of an adjustment, but I liked that you can easily loosen the string on the front.By the way this is NOT paid review. True customer here.

Helped me sleep
This travel pillow was great for keeping my head upright as I slept on a recent 10 hour flight. It allowed me to snatch 3-4 hours of sleep, which was amazing because I don’t sleep on planes unless I’m absolutely exhausted. Four stars because it was difficult to pack when I wasn’t using it, because the inflexible core prevented me from squishing or rolling the collar into a small space. Also, it is tight around my fat neck. (Maybe I should give the travel pillow 5 stars and my neck 4 stars?) Anyway, loosening the slip lock solved the “too tight” problem but then the travel collar didn’t hold my head as securely.

Comfortably supportive
Thus far the most supportive travel neck support I’ve bought. Tested at home in a recliner. The design is well thought: rigid for front and side support, well padded for comfort of course, back is not rigid the neck can tilt back onto the head rest without jamming the spine. The adjustability is a plus. If it’s pulled snugly, it holds the head better, protects the spine better. Will be taking it for a looong trip, will update.

Quality neck pillow, but not suited for smaller necks
The material is fairly comfortable, but I have a bit of a short neck so I felt that the plastic air holes ended up, stretching my neck, and just after a couple of minutes of wearing it felt uncomfortable. I tried a couple of adjustments to see if I could make it more comfortable for my smaller neck, but the fact that the two plastic vents are so large it just always ended up digging into my jaw.It does feel well-built and uses quality materials. The foam inside seems soft enough but again because of the plastic vent holes, you end up, rubbing your head up against it and unless you have the right size neck, it won’t be comfortable over time.I was also surprised it didn’t come with any kind of bag for storageIn the end, I returned the product and picked up the ostrich pillow, which was a lot more comfortable.I don’t think it’s a bad product. The size just didn’t seem right for my smaller neck.

Slept like a baby
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've never had much luck with neck pillows, but we were traveling to France with a late departure time and I really wanted to get some sleep. At $50, this one seemed very expensive and I was skeptical, but the reviews were decent, so I bought one. I remained skeptical right up to the moment I tightened it up and closed my eyes. I slept straight through for over six hours, only surfacing long enough to decline the cabin staff as they came through offering food and drink. Your experience may vary, but for me--I'm sold. This thing works!

Horrible quality horrible fit not comfortable at all
This is the most un comfortable neck pillow ever and cheaply made. This is not worth $15. I purchased for a Hawaii trip and as soon as I used it the plastic came apart and the plastic loop the cord hooks to completely came out with no pressure. I can’t believe they sale this for 50.00.If you have head phones on this will not work at all. I am so disappointed. Don’t buy

Comfortable and supportive
It really does offer much more support than a basic neck pillow you can buy at the airport.

I wanted to love it.
I believe this would be the perfect pillow not just for the side sleepers but this also helps keep the chin more upright instead of your head bouncing up and down while trying to sleep...no more neck soreness. The issue is its still to big even though it's adjustable for the neck size still feels uncomfortable because of the pressure on the back neck when you have to adjust it alot so my chin doesn't fall through the front. I wish they made smaller version of this and the foam used would be more firm as it feels a bit soft. Last thing to note is they should've include a storage case instead of selling it separately. I'll be looking into this again if they make a revised version of this in the future.
