FLYBIRD Weight Bench, Adjustable Strength Training Bench for Full Body Workout with Fast Folding-New Version

I bought the Flybird weight bench as a small home bench to do inclines, declines, and some other dumbbell exercises. I was a little nervous because it was inexpensive - I have had heavy commercial grade benches in the past.First of all, the assembly couldn’t have been easier. 8 screws essentially. Less than 15 minutes to set up. The bench is so light I carried it by myself to the 2nd floor. However, it is amazingly stable and does not wobble or shake when performing exercises. The bench is also wide enough to support a large person. I am 6’3” and 205lbs. The upper bench is big enough that my head is able to rest on the pad.Although I leave the bench fully assembled, it looks like it will easily fold flat with the pull of a pin. If you are looking for an affordable, light-weight but sturdy home bench, this product is for you. It has exceeded my expectations.

The FLYBIRD Adjustable Weight Bench has been a great addition to my home workout space. It’s sturdy, well-built, and very easy to set up and adjust. I use it for everything from presses to core work, and it feels secure and comfortable during every movement.The adjustability and folding feature are excellent—I love how quickly it folds up and how little space it takes when stored. The padding is firm and supportive, making longer sessions more comfortable.One small thing to note: there’s a gap between the seat and backrest when it’s set at certain angles. It’s not a dealbreaker at all, but I did end up placing a folded towel in the gap for added comfort during certain exercises like bench presses or flys. That quick fix worked perfectly.Overall, this is a high-quality bench at a great price, and the space-saving design makes it ideal for home use. I’d definitely buy it again and recommend it to others!

Honestly a really good bench. Only thing I wish it had was wheels for moving it around. Other than that, the adjustability is great and easy to use, pretty intuitive. Seems like it’ll hold up well for everything I need it for. It did have slight damage when I received it, which might be a problem later on, there was some fabric that has a small cut on the corner of the bench itself which I think may have been caused by how it was packed but I’m not really sure. I haven’t contacted any customer service at this point so I can’t speak on any of that. Overall good bench tho if you want to spend $300+.

This bench works fine for me.( 6 foot and overweight 250 pounds)I don't use weights over 50 pounds a side so I have no stability issues. It took me 10 minutes to figure out I called the front and back opposite of what the instructions called the front and the back other than that set up was easy. Fold's up easy but not flat or at least I have not figured out how to make it flat. I would definitely buy again.

I like it a lot. It meets all my needs and expectations. It’s sturdy, stable, and comfortable (I’m not lifting hundreds of pounds, those days are long gone). It has enough easily adjustable positions to provide all the essential movements. I paid $116 with tax so for me it’s a great value. Yes it’s made in China. I’ve had it one month and happily used it several times. It folds up compactly to stow away in my space challenged apartment.Just one thought for improvement: add a carrying handle when it’s folded up.

This thing is GREAT. I have it in a converted dining room on the 1st Floor, while my weights and machines are in my basement. VERY convenient for area, it's 12x11, E-Z moveabilty and functionality....5 minute "install". Its sturdy outta the box, I'm like 180 lbs, but also comes with balances at the turn of a knob.Really, a great product so far!
