These work great to suck the gunk out of pimples and make them go away faster. They are very sticky and I've never had one fall off when I wear them to sleep. I always wake up with the pimple having shrunk and the patch full of gunk.There are two reasons I took a star off:--They are a little pricy! I like them a lot, but still. There are cheaper alternatives from different brands out there but they often have reviews complaining that they fall off or just don't work, so I haven't tried anything else.--These ONLY work on OPEN pimples! Meaning you need to pop them open so that the fluid and gunk can escape. This is a double-edge sword because you can easily make your skin WORSE by doing this! But the patches simply do not work if the pimple is closed. So please only pop your pimples if they are right at the surface of your skin, and read up on how to do it safely and sterilely. There is actually a version of these patches with "micro points" that are supposed to work without having to pop your pimples, but they are even more expensive and many reviews say the points are... pointless (get it?) so I haven't bothered to try them.

This product is a 10 out of 5 stars. I'm amazed. Maybe I'm just a millennial that didn't have these options as a teenager but as an almost 40 year old who is very active and struggles with an occasional mountain of a pimple, these are an absolute game changer. I'm also a complete hypochondriac and these not only completely heal whiteheads basically overnight, it prevents infection by covering the blemish when working out or running and sweating hardcore. I use hydrocolloid blister bandages, and this is the same concept and somehow a million times as effective. Pair that with the aftercare cream, I'm wondering what I've been doing my whole life. Seriously impressed.

Mighty patches are very effective at drawing out impurities from pesky pimples. Great for sensitive skin types and just about any pimple including cystic acne. Also wonderful for protection after pimple extractions. They keep the bacteria out and pimple protected and treated. Other patches tend to stick too well and leave a red sensitive mark when removed, where as mighty patch sticks just right and does not leave a mark. I'd say well worth the extra buck over other brands.
