I have restless leg syndrome and often wake up during the night with incredible leg pain in my calf. Since I received this Magnesium Cream I massage into my calfs every night before bed.Since I started to use it... no pain...no waking up. Only downside is, my cat who usually sleeps by my legs doesn't care for the lavender scent. Eventually the scent mellow out and she climbs in with me.

I use this on my feet at night and it really helps and allows me to sleep all night!

I have been using this for about a week and have not had any cramps in my legs. I was getting them daily prior to using this product. I apply to my calf and feet. Nice light scent.
