I've been using amazon for almost 15 years now, and never written a review for any product ever. But this device has now changed that. I can't even begin to describe how useful this has been in my daily life. You would think that with voice recorders on smartphones that something like this would be redundant, but there is something about the simplicity of simply having to press down on the device for a moment and then just start talking, instead of having to pull your phone out, unlock it, and then find the right app, and then push a button and start talking. Even if you've remapped a button on your phone to voice record, this is still a much easier and quicker way to take note of your thoughts, and since you're wearing it using one of the provided attachments, it's always easily accessible. And that's not even mentioning the AI integration of this device. The ability to recognize multiple speakers and group ideas and thoughts into well organized mind-maps and layouts has been invaluable to me. I've tried countless note-taking systems using regular paper, e-ink tables, laptops, and this device is far superior, at least for me, and is also easy to integrate into existing systems since it obviously converts your words into text to be used any way you want later. I was impressed by the build quality as well. Solid metal, and very apple like. The battery life is also very impressive at about 18 hours of continuous recording on a full charge. I usually only have to charge mine once every two weeks. Even the wearable accessories are of good quality. I normally use the silicone wrist band and find it very comfortable to wear all day. Even the companies customer service is outstanding. I had an issue where my device wasn't charging at all, so I sent support an email and a video of me showing what it was doing and immediately they sent me a replacement which arrived within 2 business days. I highly recommend this device if you're looking for a more efficient way to organize your cluttered mind, or are just interested in Artificial Intelligence capabilities. The 300 minutes of free AI transcriptions per month is more than enough for my daily use, but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase their unlimited plan, especially after knowing how excellent their customer support is. I look forward to seeing what products this company has in store for the future.

Muy útil, pero sobre todo me sirve la app, ejemplo, si tengo una clase importante para mi trabajo, separo el audio del video, lo cargo en la app y luego hago un resumen perfecto que complementa perfecto con lo que escuché en la clase. Se entiende que si la clase hubiera sido en vivo el plaud pin sería el que usaría. Muy bueno. También me sirve en llamadas donde me dan instrucciones complejas, plaud me resume todo. Se podría hacer solo con una grabadora del celular y transcribir y luego usar alguna ia, también, pero en el caso de entrevistas o llamadas, plaud tiene la ventaja de identificar a los dos participantes de la conversación mientras una transcripción de una grabación no lo hace. Esos son los puntos fuertes. Si tienen el dinero cómprenlo les servirá.

I cannot even begin to express how much I love this product. I'm an HVAC tech and I record ALL of my calls and client interactions (keeps me honest, keeps you honest) - I have used the recordings to save my career (litterly)Recently I dealt with the customer service team at Plaud - I was blown away by the quick, kind, and more than helpful team. I am a customer for life and refer everyone to this product - especially my co-workers and companies I work with.

First the good things. It's very small and elegant in terms of design. Kudos the the designers who made it a very Apple like experience regarding ease of use, magnetic clips , size and ergonomics.I returned it because the NotePin Voice Recorder, unlike the Plaud Note Voice Recorder can not record as a RAW audio file or WAV file. This version can only save as a low bitrate highly compressed file. Which isn't what I wanted.The standby time and power usage is really impressive. It can record all day without worrying about the battery.I would have kept it if I could have RAW audio / WAV. Otherwise really good device.
