This is my second order of pumpkin oil capsules and I have to say I'm encouraged with the results I'm receiving. Trying out for PCOS symptoms relief.They’re way to use and swallow. I feel the ingredients are clean. They have a taste but it’s not bad at all. zero side effects. I have not noticed any difference in energy levels with this but I haven’t taken them without a B12 & B-complex so I wouldn’t know. They are better priced on Prime than the vitamin stores.

The pumpkin seed oil pills are medium size and smooth texture makes it easy to swallow and the quality is good. package came in tact. the zip seal is fully functional. no issues with delivery. i store them in the fridge not sure if that's what I'm suppose to do but its worked well for me. cant give it 5 stars as i don't really know if if its working yet but Seems to be beneficial
