I love the Zebora brand, their health products are quality and these are no exception!! These are 1000 mg per soft gel, the dosage is 2, but I'm good with 1 per day, 1st thing in the morning. This oil is full of all the good stuff from wild-caught fish, DPA, EPA and DHA. There are 120 count and these are under $17.00!! Really excellent! I have been taking these for over a month now, with no issues and I know they are benefitting me. I have taken wild-caught fish oil for years , and in my opinion it is definitely essential in heart and brain/ cognitive health, as well as many other benefits. I give it to dogs and so many other people give it to their dogs and cats as well. I'm not much of a fan of most fish and also the prices are getting horrendous for healthy, fresh fish, so I have to supplement with these. These are produced in a GMP facility, are non gmo, and 3rd party tested. I take these with a 6 oz glass of water 1st thing in the morning and don't even have to eat anything, and feel fine, and 0 fish burps, but I wouldn't take with less water than that. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been taking these pills oil for a few weeks and I feel great. The softgels are easy to swallow and don’t leave any fishy aftertaste, which I really like. I did noticed changes in health which is great. It has a high amount of EPA and DHA, so I feel like I’m getting good support for my overall health.

US made. Capsules are not too big, so easy to swallow. Has only the most important (Omega 3) and no Omega 6, which research suggests may be troublesome. Comes in a dark bottle, so that helps protect the oils from sunlight and preserves freshness. Long expiration date 12/27. Useful for joint support and lowering cholesterol, both of which mean older folks may benefit. Price per capsule is high versus competitors.

These fish oil pills are pretty good quality. They are small enough to swallow easily, and there is no fishy taste (or burps later). Overall I am happy with them.
