Q: What size are the screens?

This is a base for your monitor. Screen size that it fits is specified when you order. In my case, I have a 21.5" screen. Works nicely to bring the monitor up to the height I need to work, since I am tall.

Q: Does this work with the Thunderbolt Display?

Hi, yes it does, but it doesn't align perfectly. It's a very small discrepancy, so if you don't mind it should be fine
