商品は良い
商品自体が良いのは知っていました。ただSellerが良くなかった。アメリカからの発送なので時間がかかる場合もあると理解はしていますが「発送しました」から3週間経っても何の動きもなく、荷物の追跡も出来ない状態で不安になり問い合わせても「確認中、お待ちください」。回答自体は丁寧な日本語でおそらく日本人の方が対応されているのだろうなとは思いますが、通常より時間がかかり自分の注文したものがどこにあるのかもわからない状態でこちらから問い合わせない限り何のフォローもないのは良くないと思います。「確認中です」というのであれば逐一状況を報告するものだと思うので。丸1ヶ月程度商品の到着を待てる方は注文しても良いと思いますが、お急ぎの方はやめておいた方が良いかもしれません。梱包は綺麗でした。

値段が高い
米国にいる美人な知人から紹介があり買ったんですが、最初は高いと思ったのにパフォーマンスが良かった。日本だと1万円前後で売ってる違うブランドもありますが、やっぱり米国で人気のNINJA ブランドであり下の料理を揚げるタンクなどはデカくて家族が満足です。
