I just received the aylio cushion from amazon. i am finding it too firm & uncomfortable. is the kieba any softer?

This cushion is pretty soft. I think that it has the perfect balance of firmness and softness. The main foam part of the cushion us somewhat firm amd the gel overlay is soft enough to make this very very comfortable.

How much does this seat cushion flatten out? I'm not a very big man, I'm 6'0 and 200-210 pounds and most cushions flatten out quickly

I am 5'4" and 148 lbs. I haven't had it long enough for it to flatten out. It was recommended by my physical therapist.

How wide is the opening on the back?

Its not too big, about the space of 3 fingers I think. Didn't measure it, but when I sit I can hardly feel the gap. It's really comfortable.
