Small and effective
This sits out of sight when not in use and is robust enough to carry laundry straight from the washer across its length.It’s a great little tool for discrete line installation, when not in use it’s all but invisible, when required it’s strong.Get one.! Fully recommended.

Build quality is superb
Can't speak for longevity of the product as it was unfortunately just too short for my garden.But the quality of the build is clear. Smooth operating action and it's definitely the most aesthetically pleasing clothes line I've seen. Shame they don't do longer versions.

Arrived broken
Item arrived damaged and was clearly used. One line was pulled out by about 10cm and is jammed. It won’t pull out or go back into and the locking mechanism is stuck on unlocked.
