Is it possible to connect the camera to WiFi?

No, it is not available for WiFi, it only support 4G LTE connections.

I could not connect my camera with 4G network, why?

1) Please check the 300 MB trial data has expired. It is valid for 30days once it is activated.

My camera is offline suddenly, what can I do?

Please check your balance of the data on the app, if runs out, please top it up, then restart it and wait for it connecting.

Does each camera need its own data plan and cloud storage plan? how does the data plan charge?

Yes, each camera needs to own a separate plan. You cannot share a single plan for multiple cameras. The fee for cellular data is dollar 14.99/month.

Why can't I find the SIM card in my package?
