I painted my stones, as instructed, with the neon paints, but they don’t glow in the dark at all, not sure what is the problem?

Hi I got the stones for my daughter to paint during lockdown, she painted the owl. You need to purchase a black light, Amazon sell them I think they are around £10 your stones will glow then. I bought some bigger stones and she has painted 4 owls now. Hope this helps.
