Can I get additional weights

5 kg is much enough weights for sitting cervical traction..but there is a place to add over weight bars ...regarding ur question spare bars are available but in Amzone I didn't try for it..

It is easy to install having 4 screws. The installation is same as the picture. Sit on the chair and wear the belt around the neck. I am hanging the weight still down near to ground for safety. U can reduce Eric if required. I am using 5 kgs

Can the weights be adjusted

Yes there is one Kg five bar and as per your requirement you may increase or decrease the per Kg weight
