Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very comfortable

One pair of socks were missing. I did not check the products at delivery time and when I just checked a while ago it is quite disappointing to see such unfair trade practices. Its actually theft from the customer. I did not think about complaining just because it was my mistake that I didn't check earlier. Now there isn't any option. I'm just writing a feedback and seriouesly disappointed with this order.
