All of the above items you mentioned come with the large Bible felt set. As for the file system I recreated my own since I didn't l like the one they sent. 1. I purchased from Dollar store (26), 13"x 9" snap folder envelopes that come in different colors to further categorize. 2. Walmart had a box with lid that would fit all 26 envelopes. Its dimensions are: 18" x14". 3. Using my label maker, the following is the list I made for the envelopes: Angels, Animals, Animals - Water, Buildings, Children, Christmas, Doors - Windows Pool, Easter, Furniture - Household Items, Idols, Jesus, Landscapes - Rocks, Men 9-30, Men 31- 60, Men 61- 92, Miscellaneous 246-286, Miscellaneous 286 - 332, Modern 1 M - 36 M, Plants - flowers, Revelation, Royalty, Sky, Trees, Women, Women - Crowds. When there are small items, I placed in snack size zip lock bags to prevent losing them This method seems easier to me that hauling out the two file boxes under my bed and rummaging through to find the appropriate figures for each story. It was a process, but worth the time spent.

I am not sure of this question. The book that comes with it with the stories in it is in English but you could still use all the figures and backgrounds to tell the stories. This set did take many hours to cut out but is beautiful and useful in telling the Bible stories. I would think if you knew the stories, it would not matter what language you taught in. It would still be helpful.

How sturdy and durable are the cardboard boards? Do the corners bend?

They are very sturdy. The corners do not bend. The boards have some weight to them.

Is this set to young for 4th & 5th grade boys? I teach this age in Sunday School.

It’s a great visual for all elementary school age. If you can make boys excited about the Word of God you can use these product as a visual to your teaching and methods.
