I am enjoying reading this book as a new yoga teacher. This book is so wholesome, if you’re a yoga teacher, this will be an ad on to your existing knowledge. This book explains everything in such an easy manner. Amazing writing, very neat & clean print. Go for it!!

Quality of the print and book is very good.And the book i read and used some asans daily. If you are looking for long term healthy body, i highly recommend to read atleast once completely and then pick the yogas which are more suitable to you for your routine.
