Yes. The bag with tools is a different color than the bag without tools. And If you just purchase the bag only, you will get the color I got, the one pictured with the grey-olive with brown trim

Will this bag fit 16" long tools?

I do travel with two 15" bar spoons and the bag is able to accommodate, meaning it does not have slots or spots for those length of tools, but it can make it work. I place the two bar spoons between the shaker pouch and the open mesh (zippered) compartment that is good for storing small spoons, straws, etc. So, this bag can fit 16" spoons as long as you store them between those two mentioned sections.
