Really Caravan Radio is a good product having AM/FM, USB, Aux and 5000 songs of different Artists which is a Boon especially retired persons.

Excellent product. Superb sound and very clear FM relay. All accessories received. Thums up.

Disclaimer 1: You can find free music on Saavn, Gaana, YouTube, etc. etc. If you want that, there's nothing for you here.Disclaimer 2: People over 40 are more likely to like this product.I state Disclaimer #2 because you must have some memories of listening to All India Radio, (pre-Star TV, MTV or even DD2) on the tinny radio, playing somewhere in the house in the morning. If that memory does something for you and if you still hum some of those songs every now and then, I would recommend this product to you wholeheartedly. I have a soft spot for Mohd Rafi and OP Nayyar (don't ask) and on a rainy day, along with some chai, just putting on their selections on the Carvaan is worth the price.Please note that the song-list on the Carvaan, a good 5,000+ songs, stretches all the way from SD Burman to Kalyanji-Anandji, from Kishore Kumar to Jagjit Singh, from mood selections to Geetmalas with Ameen Sayani (remember him?). You can choose by selected singers or music-directors, or by mood or genre. I cannot argue with the greater collection on any other platform. If saving money is your motive, skip it.The Carvaan comes in two versions - one with an app, and the other without. It simply baffles me, why in this day would you make it without an app. It offers more control and you can create custom playlists on your phone for your Carvaan. Unfortunately they charge you Rs. 1,000 more for the app, which sounds ridiculous in this day and age. Considering the Bluetooth that exists in the device is the same. The app is not the product, but it certainly can uplift an otherwise annoying search experience. So make it free Saregama. I know I would play more music if you did.OK, enough talk, here are the bullet points to help you out:PROS:- Over 5,000 songs: A humongous collection of Indian music - Bollywood being the most prominent. But you also have Ghazals, Sufi, Spiritual, Folk, Indian Classical as well.- Nostalgia-overload design: Charming radio chassis in a nice finish and in multiple colours. Old school big dial. Good modern touches over all. Material build feels professional and well finished.- Battery life is fairly decent and can last a session- The speakers sound like a 1980s radio like, perfect for nostalgia- It has an USB media player, FM tuner and a Bluetooth receiver too. So if you want to pass your music through the speakers - sure.- Aux out - for connecting to a sound system.CONS:- Only 5,000 songs. Cannot add. Cannot remove. The song list is not editable.- Sorting through songs is a nightmare. If you want a particular song, you will have to scroll to the artiste or music director and look. Saregama has an online songlist, but I bought the device without the app, and the songs don't match.- The Carvaan with the app that solves that problem costs Rs. 1,000 more. Why? For the app? Really?- The speakers sounds like a radio from the 1980s, don't expect to belt out drum n bass or even the newer bollywood songs on them.- The mode buttons on the side have a cheap plastic chrome finish feel.I am sure I missed a few things and features, but overall, I think it is a "well packaged" collection of memories, both old and new-ish. Just remember, you're not buying music, you're bringing home old memories.

Packaging is very bad. Torr at some places. And no charger inside. Only cable. Function is good. Best sound. Medium sturdy. Good size and fast blue tooth connectivity.

The media could not be loaded. Best gift for Retirement. Collection of so many songs .Good Sound quality and reception. Looks handy for travel as well. Has Radio frequency as well.
