Overall experience
The delivery boy was not showing up and in the system was putting attempt to delivery and no one to collect. 2 complete days I was waiting to collect the package and he was putting work information and I was getting email stating delivery attempted. Probably he was doing this to avoid carry big stuff and waiting for me to come to collect on my own to Amazon.After raising complain about this stupid behavior, got the parcel 😒. Useless and hopeless people.About the product, it's really nice and handy, got it in good condition with all the parts, works really well, and easy to use. Bakes really well, used to make bati for dal bati.You can go ahead with the product, just be careful about the delivery thing, as the delivery guy may be lying saying delivery attempted because of size of package, without showing up.

BIG NO “NO MEANS NO”
It is very cheap thin quality. Not at all recommended. I bought this in Rs 1760/- thought that this much money can buy good quality gas tandoor. But i was wrong. This is a misleading product. Many are available in Rs 650-700. I am sure they all are same.Gas tandoor should be thick and heavy to contain heat in it. To cook some great BATI’s.Yes one more thing- buyers left review that their glass top got broken. I have to say this here that when you buy glass top stove, the store person strictly suggests that do not use gas tandoor on it.Always use gas tandoor on steel stove.

Great gas top Tandoor
The media could not be loaded. All complete product arrived in great shape, nice & secure packaging. . Food tastes excellent... recipe booklet should be in English, Urdu & few other Languages. Value for money!! Don’t cook on too high flame but medium flame or else food won’t cook thoroughly & will be burnt.Excellent product, Will buy again & again to gift to friends & relatives. Already my daughter has taken one to Dubai.Thank you 🙏

Quality product
It's a useful product!!Worth it... And good quality aluminium used.. But the only issue is it takes a very long time to prepare tandoori chicken!!
