This tape works very well. I looked up a video on how to apply it for my situation. It lasted for 6 days on my shoulder. I took it off for about a day and could really tell that having it on makes a difference.

Worked well and was effective for providing ankle support. Instructions were clear and easy to follow for applying to ankles.

I usually use the regular KT tape but that always peels off after one workout so I was plowing through it; felt like a waste. So I bought this and taped up my knee and shoulder on Monday before my usual boxing workout. The knee tape stuck really well, one piece of the shoulder tape came off halfway in. Not surprised, I'm a super sweaty person and workout pretty hard, plus it's hard to tape up your shoulder on your own. Reapplied a piece of shoulder tape on Tuesday before my next workout. It is now Thursday and both are still on. I do hot yoga on Thursdays and sweat like you would not believe, figured this would be the test since the tape was now several days old but nope, it held FAST. The shoulder tape was peeling a little so I went to take it off and the rest of it wouldn't budge without peeling some arm hair, which hurt, so I left it. At this point, I'm quite pleased, since I work out almost every day and the tape has lasted through 3 of my 5 workouts. The support is perfect. I already bought more.

Recommended by my podiatrist and literally you can shower maybe 3 times without it coming off. He told me that it was used by athletes. There are several choices but this was the Pro Extreme so make sure you pick the right one

It works well for preventing bursitis from getting worse. Only complaint is this blue tape seems much less sticky than the black, though I don’t know why that would be. I’m not a sweaty person but this was the result after 90 minutes outside on a hot, humid day.

KT tape helped save our vacation! I had knee surgery 6 weeks before our Orlando vacation, I really thought I was going to be forced to be a bystander for most of the activities. I worked hard at therapy, but still wasn’t at 100% when we went.... enter KT tape. I taped my knee following the very informative video and the results were AMAZING. I used the Extreme Pro tape and it stuck with me through a whole day at Blizzard Beach! I’m talking water slides, wave pools, the whole gauntlet! KT stayed right where it was supposed to be.
