Tecknet M002 2.4G Nano Cordless Optical Mouse - Grey

Hey everyone! I bought this wireless mouse a couple of days back. This is made by tecknet ,which is a UK based brand. Till now I have used many products from tecknet and I happy with all of them. I also own few other wireless mouse which I have reviewed on amazon earlier.#ReviewAnyway ,coming to the product ,It comes with a simple cardboard like packaging. When you first hold it in hand it feels extremely lightweight .Actually I thought that its a cheap product. But its not ,The left, right, and middle click buttons are all the normal mouse-style buttons: Small rectangular buttons with a good click, and you don't need to press them hard.At the sides there are two buttons for back and forward. Also there is a button on top which can be used to adjust the DPI.The design of this mouse is really ergonomic with that curved left side for your thump. It feels really comfortable in your palm.SETUP AND FUNCTIONING--------------------------------The mouse is very easy to setup.You just have to insert the AA battery at the bottom to power up the mouse ,then plug in the nano receiver to your PC's USB port.And now you can use it within a radius of 10m max or anywhere around your room.It uses 2.4G wireless connection for transferring the inputs from the mouse.Also I didn't install any driver on my PC to install the nano receiver, it worked fine ,just like a plug and play device.Overall the mouse offers good amount of feedback and works great.I use it with my lenovo laptop with windows 10 installed.This is as responsive as the wired ones.The automatic power saving technology ensures that the mouse automatically turns off when not in use.And it turns on when you press any button.Also this mouse works with most of the surfaces ,you don't need a mouse pad always.#Battery life-----------------As seen in the description it offers 18 months of battery life ,which is just amazing.#CONCLUSION:---------------------Overall, if you're looking for a mouse that is good for casual use, then this is definitely the mouse for you. The mouse might not be the best for playing games and the like, but if you are anything like one who use your laptop for homework and browsing the web, then this mouse is more than enough. I recently bought this mouse from Tecknet and been using it for like 4-5 days .It comes in a very simple frustration free packaging .In the box you get -1) Mouse itself2) Warranty card and some other user manualsNo batteries included as stated in descriptionThe mouse is built according to the price , it stands up to its price and keeps the tecknet mouse reputation . There is blend of Glossy plastic and rubber finish plastic .It is having 6 button layout including Dpi switch and Forward Backward buttons which comes with Neon orange color and gives it a nice look.The grip on the mouse is very good , the rubber material used for the thumb gives you that extra grip , i liked the indent there for your thumb, it is very ergonomic and good looking at same time.At the bottom we get the Battery compartment with an option to keep the wireless receiver for safety . it uses 1 AA battery and company claims battery life of 18 months using AA battery , and if that is true than it is a great mouse .Not only that it comes with even battery saving modes in which it saves battery when idle for long time .Also the dpi switch acts as battery life indicator.The Dpi levels are changeable using the button uptops which glows red and notifies you when you change dpi , it is very responsive mouse and there is no lag or delay and one can even use it for gaming .That is it for this review , you can definitely go with this mouse.Hope this helps

This is very good mouse at this price range. It is very comfortable to hold on to. The side button is vey handy to navigate folders and webpages as it enables to move back and forth. It is very receptive and I have not seen any lag. It does take a couple of miliseconds to connect to the system after the system wakes up but that is hardly noticeableThe battery I used is a normal AA sized battery. For me the battery lasts for approximately 5 months with daily office use. Hence it is very efficient and does save battery.The only con is that the color on top panel has started to patch out.

The product is really good and i got it in time with out any delay. I had used wireless mouse of various brands but i really loved this tecknet M002. The device is of good quality and it fits to the palm comfortably. The issues which i faced in various other brands were the short battery life, poor quality- got broken easily, tick scroll wheels etc which has been resolved in this product.

As someone said, its a decent mouse, not the best. its very light and flimsy, not worth the price for sure, this is OK for 300rs or so. the 900 price range is WAY too much for this mouse!
