What are the dimensions of the battery itself NOT the package?

The battery is 1 1/16" in length and 1/2" wide. I use it in my solar landscaping lights.

I need a charger for 2/3 aa 1.2 v 150mah batteries where can i get one?

You can use a standard battery charger (like one for AAA, AA, C, D). Because these are short batteries, just crumple up some aluminum foil to fill the length gap. Perfectly safe. Hubby told me to do that, and I've seen it done on YouTube videos too.

Are these the same as "N" batteries?

No, 2/3AA size batteries are not the same as N size batteries.

Happy to receive the batteries I'd been looking for!

These oddly sized batteries finally became available, so I snapped them up! The only quibble I have is that because the batteries are rechargeable, I would like to purchase a charger for them. I have been devoting a lot of time trying to find a suitable charger but I haven't found one yet, which I find to be rather odd.
