This has been my go to brand for car care for 30 years. While I have strayed from time to time to experiment with other brands, I always find myself returning.I used this on my Midnight Blue vehicle which is essentially black, with great results, it was highly effective at removing the light swirls I was targeting.It’s easy to apply AND remove. I used a DA polisher and foam pad for application, and microfiber cloth for removal.Following the directions and using the right equipment and technique, you won’t be disappointed trusting this product on your dark paint.

I built a guitar, finished it with automotive products, and of course there was orange peel in the finish. So I sanded it smooth, and then used this to polish the sand marks out. It worked excellently. Super shiny and smooth, easy to use, easy to wipe off the project when done, and.... it just looks awesome.

If you think this is going to magic, it's not. BUT, it really does remove many scratches. I have a teen learning to drive, and so we routinely find our car backed up into posts and bushes, etc., even AFTER replacing the back end due to an accident (the teen was uninvolved). So, now that I read what I just wrote, I see we seem to be scratching our cars (we also live in the desert, which doesn't help). And, I'd say for many of our scratches, even relatively significant ones, it really truly works.But, then again, we have some whoppers and, well, it reduces their harshness... but those don't disappear.So, it's not magic, nor is it snake oil... it's a product that works on many modest scratches in ways that make me and my family feel like we are treating our cars properly.hope that helps.

Worked just okay for me. The main problem I had was that it kept drying before I could even make 2 to 3 passes. THEN, trying to get it off took some elbow power. Sprayed a little water on it and that helped but was still hard to remove. Didn't do much on the light scratch marks but that may be due to not being able to slowly go over each section with 3 passes.

Wow what an amazing product. I tried a few other products before this that failed miserably. My car was coated with a layer of sap from parking it under a tree. My partner wanted to take my car for a new paint job because it was navy blue not black anymore. This product instantly lifted that awful layer off my paint and made it look brand new. Pure magic. How amazing!!!!!! Wow
