Elegant and sharp!
My best man was a woman (my sister) and she’s not the hammered on wood knife type, so this was a nice sub for her!

Looks beautiful, easy to open, but not safe to use.
The media could not be loaded. Beautiful look, fits the hand well and despite other reviews I found it easy to open. It does have what I consider a major flaw. I discovered it the first time I used the knife. With very little pressure when cutting something the blade will suddenly hyperextend. This could be dangerous.

Much better than I expected!
This is a beautiful knife. Worth much more than the seller asked...approximately $20 which includes the shipping. It comes in a lovely little gift box....hinged, not a separate lid. It's cushioned on a nice fabric so it's definitely gift quality.Opening it is a little tight but not nearly as bad as some reviewers are reporting. I think you will be as delighted as I am with this lovely pearl handled knife.Almost like the one Dexter gave Julia Stiles in the Showtime series Dexter 😉 Thanks so much to the seller. I'm going back to look at some more of their offerings.

Beautiful decoration
I love this. It's beautiful, sharp , and made well. However if you're really going to need to use it for anything but show and tell it's not going to work unless you have LARGE hands not easy to grip and open

Great Looking Knife and Sharp
I love this knife because it looks fantastic. But I read reviews that it is tight when you try to open the knife. I found the solution. I stuck a needle nose pliers (in the red circle area) of the pic. I held the blade to prevent myself from getting cut. I pressed the spine with the needle nose pliers really hard. Do this until the knife get softer to open up. Take a few times to do. It's easy to open but with 2 hands.

This is the hardest knife ever to open.
The knife is beautiful. for the price I bought it as a gag gift for a friend of mine. It is the hardest knife I have ever had to open. I cannot get it open with my fingers period. I had to grab the blade with pliers to open it and it doesn't get any easier a few tries in. this thing could hurt you if you aren'tcareful
