Works fine, too a while to get the technique for getting it on tight enough so it didn't slip. Using for PT exercises 4 days a week. Pleased with purchase.

They are too loose I cannot make them tight enough to have an adequate workout in them without having to adjust then every five minutes

Helpful tool
I needed to exercise my arthritic knee and this tool was advised by my Physical Therapist. Works great. My knee feels great too!
