I had to update my review and give this item the rating it deserved. I just had to revise the way I prepared it. I now use two tea bags and let it sit for about 2 hours. In the morning, I have a gentle release or two or three with no cramping! I highly recommend.

It was fast and efficient, be near a toilet that's all I can say. Gentle on my stomach and good taste.

These are great teas. I have 1 before bed at night and when I get up in the morning it begins to work. I love the variety of flavors! Some taste better than others but that’s just personal preference.

I initially tried the 14-day cleanse and realized I need to have a box of the colon cleanse and slim tea in my cabinet for good!The flavors are absolutely delicious! You can drink these teas either hot or cold, so a lot the time I might brew a batch with a few bags and then just stick in a jar in the fridge. Taking little sips throughout the day. As long as you take small sips you keep your system fluid throughout the day with no urgent needs to run to the rest room. On the other hand, a warm cup of a bag or two before bed has you waking up about 6-9 hours later, alllll cleaned out! Def prepare yourself. lol. Enjoy!

Although this product did produce a bowel movement I was up half the night with abdominal cramping that continued into the morning for that I give it three stars. Not willing to trade all the pain for a bowel movement that can be produce by coffee with minimal discomfort. For that reason I will not buy again nor recommend.
