I was pleasantly surprised by Titan square grip bar. It was a great value for a well made barbell. It has done great to help improve my grip strength and technique for lifting.

Very sturdy and we'll built. It definitely isolates the forearms in just about whatever exercise you are doing. I do wish they had put some sort of texture on some of the bar to assist with grip but overall, this is a great buy.

Sits well in the hand in front-rack position.Provides a wide flat surface during presses. Feels like a handstand pushup more than a barbell press.Pinch grip beast

If you really want to work your grip strength, especially pinch grip, this is the bar for you. Start light or else you won’t be able to move your hand much the next day!!
