Lots to like, but not for adults.
I mounted this on a 2020 24' Bennington Bowrider R, on the back deck. It was a bit challenging to mount with the Ghost mount, only because I had to remove the riveted splashguard from the bottom of the boat and then replace it. Other than that, the instillation was pretty easy. (Note that installed this while the boat was on the trailer, doing it in the water would have been nearly impossible due to having to remove the splash guard.) The ghost mount is awesome and very subtle when the board is not installed. I even got the flagpole and grill mount which is fun. The diving board is easy to install and remove onto the mount, but it is pretty heavy. One strong adult can carry it, but for others it would be a two-person job. It looks great and is very secure on the boat. The one caution is that this is NOT REALLY FOR ADULTS. It says that it can support up to 250 pounds but it does not function will above 150 pounds. The problem is that the spring is just not stiff enough to support higher weights. For instance, I am about 185 pounds. When go to "spring" off the board it flexes down but does not have a strong enough spring to bounce me back up as I dive off. It could potentially be dangerous because as you go to jump off the board goes down and just stays there for heavier people, potentially causing you to slip off the board. Likewise, at my weight I cannot even stand on the end of the board without it sagging down about 20 degrees, nearly to the bottom of the spring capacity. At 250 pounds if you walked to the end of the board it would simply flex down and slide you off. After trying it out I looked back at a bunch of YouTube videos to see if mine was just too loose and I found that the vast majority of videos are of kids or very small (light) people, and for them it works great. Videos of larger people typically show them jumping from the middle of the board, rather than the end, obviously because it does not handle heavier weights. It still gets 4 stars because it looks great, is easily removable and is awesome for smaller people. Adults can still use it but more likely just jumping off the board rather than using it like an actual springboard like it works for kids.
