Great Variety of sizes
These are great for the price. I like that there’s more variety than just the sets of 3. The only down side I will say is that the lighter ones roll pretty easily and stick to themselves. Other than that, they are great!

Good Buy - worth the money
Felt a little weak but Never broke and the results came in pretty fast

They roll up, A LOT
I was super excited to receive these to enhance the quality of my workouts, but they’re not the best. They do get the job done but they roll up A LOT while trying to do any amount of working out with them on. It’s frustrating to constantly have to readjust the band throughout the workout. I’d splurge for a better quality resistance band set.

I like that they are color coded but it should have come with a carrying bag

Buy them if you want a good workout!
These bands are excellent! They don’t curl when placed on your quads. I bought a set for one of my friends who is a Personal Trainer and she loves them. Easy to clean and maintain!

Don’t buy this kind
The price is cheap for a reason! You get what you pay for. These bands are so cheaply made they roll no matter how carefully you try to use them. It’s like having a rubber band (that’s how tightly they will roll) Pay a little more and get the kind with more thickness to them to parent the rolling.

Not worth it
Very flimsy, the “strongest” one feels like I’ll break it in the first workout. Had to buy a different set for 20$ but they’re actually great quality so I guess you get what you pay for.

Good resistant bands
The only issue I have with them is they rolled up when I’m using them other than that they do what they’re supposed to do.
