2 questions. Does this joystick work on a Raspberry Pi? If so, can two be connected without interfering with each other?

Yes. Plug the 2ghz adapter (supplied) into the pi. Switch to 2ghz on the stick and it connects automatically

Will this have a firmware update to work with a ps4 &/or ps5?

Not at the moment. This only works on the switch and pc. A great arcade stick though.

Will it work for the ps1 classic?

it will work with the PS1 Classic with the 8bitdo PS Classic Adaptor for 8bitdo controllers and arcade sticks check out the 8bitdo official amazon page
