Isn't mk-4 superior to mk-7?

Unlike MK-4, which is produced by conversion of vitamin K-1 in the pancreas and other organs, MK-7 is not synthesized in human tissue. Since the MK-7 subtype has been found to have benefits for both skeletal and cardiovascular health, a supplemental form is ideal for obtaining this important but little-known nutrient until more research is available.

It contains Vitamin D-3 (as Cholecalciferol) (from Lanolin) and Vitamin K-2 (as Menaquinone-7) (MK-7) (MenaQ7®).

What form of k2 is menaq7? trans or cis form?

The manufacturer of MenaQ7 lists four options: * MenaQ7 Natural MK-7, a fermented chickea protein, 96% pure form of K2 * MenaQ7 Natto MK-7, a 96% pure form of K2 made from fermented soybeans * MenaQ7 PharmaPure MK-7, a form of K2 identical to that found in nature * MenaQ7 Full Spectrum K2, the first and only ingredient that includes all four of vitamin K2’s natural variations (isomers) – MK-6, 7, 8, and 9. Because packaging says soy free, and company (above) responded it is fermented, I would deduct this to be fermented chickpea.
