Best scooter ever! My daughter was so happy when she started to ride. Speed is awesome and can make hills with no problems.

My son loved this when we bought it less than a year ago. But now the tires need air and that seems to be impossible. We took it to the air machine at the gas station, took it to our mechanic, to the big tire warehouse, and ordered a special pump from Amazon and nothing worked. Apparently the tubes in the tires are broken and need to be replaced. There are no screws to replace the tires much less a way to replace the tubes. So, that's that. I would like to contact the seller or the manufacturer, but there is no link here. Obviously we don't have the paperwork anymore from last year. Very disappointed.

It’s a beautiful scooter and runs perfectly till the battery dies after about 6 months and no one wants to help you.No support of the seller whatsoever!!!!

I bought two of fiat scooters for my son and wife and I bought other brand hiboy2pro for myself . Hiboy2pro has 10" wheels and solid but its too bumpy hard and vibration you can feel thru your body. its a little faster than the fiat. The handle on the Hiboy is shorter than the fiat handle. I like the handle on the fiat its longer and sturdier . just imagine driving with a small steering wheel and wider steering wheel. Fiat handle control better and smooth ride than the Hiboy. All of them can carry 260lbs. I weight 230lbs. Overall I give Fiat 5stars and Hiboy 4stars.

We ordered a scooter it ended up coming damaged so we exchanged it for a new one that one came even more damaged. Something was wrong with the battery it died within 30 mins of being fully charged. The stem of the scooter that connects to the front tire is very lose even after tightening which made it super dangerous and couldn’t steer and balance. The brakes made a super loud sound, the accelerator knob twists around the entire handlebar you have to keep adjusting it back into position. There’s just so many things wrong with it don’t waste your time

The scooter came package weird as if it was opened. Had some stain on back fender that made the color different from the rest of the scooter. Also back brades came grinding on the disk brake and with a flat. Other than that its is a great beginner scooter. Quiet motor front and rear lights. Front lights are a little dim brake lights work great. I would definitely suggest this brand of scooter. Needless to say i was unsatisfied and returned the scooter and will update after i received my refund to see how long the company takes to do this part is left to be seen. Sent scooter off 3 days ago and haven't heard anything yet!

Rear tire became flat after a couple of weeks and would not hold air. Like other reviews here I also received my scooter and if it had been previously used. Not sure why that's the case on a "new" item. I installed solid tires and my issue has since then been resolved but that should not have been necessary less than a month after purchase. Stay away, buy another brand. Trust me!
