This is a single zone system for one single room, of approx 700 Square foot. You need a multi zone system with 4 zones. 3 BR + LR. Possibly a 9+9+9+18K Infoor capacity Combination.

Software is free. Using it is free forever. Yu use your own smartphone. All you need is to buy a 29 dollar WiFi module to insert into a USB port in the unit.

Undecided between 120v or 240v models for a 9000btu unit? can run wire for either. unit will be 45 feet away from panel. would prefer to panel space.

I used 120 for convenience. Might have done 240 for 12000 btu, but 9000 draw is under 10 amps so no big deal on a dedicated run. Very happy with this unit!
