110% Play Harder Blitz Knee Single Compression Sleeve + ICE for knees

This sleeve is pricey but worth every penny. Only bad thing was that Amazon originally shipped me an obviously used & returned product with a leaky gel pack - but after returning I received the proper product with the pouch and dry gel pack (you have to hydrate it first).Started running a few months ago training for a half (or maybe full) marathon. Suffered chondramalacia after my first 9+ mile run, recovered but my knees still hurt when running. Last few runs (6, 7.5 & 10 miles) I've used the sleeve & ice pack after running and recovered immediately. Its very tight and I think the sizing on Amazon's page is wrong (go to manufacturer's website to check) but it works really well. Only issue I've had is that I dropped something and kneeled on the ice pack & "popped" a gel pack which was messy but that's my fault. I'm buying another one so I can ice both knees at the same time. I haven't used it while running and I don't plan on so I can't comment on the "slipping" reviews - its is really tight and I can't imagine it slipping off but I haven't run with it yet.

This thing works amazing. It really does help recovery and swelling. There are only a few drawbacks. The ice packs: once inserted into the sleeves they make it hard to move freely, and once they start to thaw a little they can easily be ruptured. I need to order replacement ice inserts. Other than that, they work great.

Yes it did, I will need to order another sleeve as this one will wear out shortly

however, its not made fore a runner. this crap falls down repeatedly. it is very annoying. i hope to get my money back

I had surgery in May for a torn meniscus and have been having swelling and pain. My physician told me to get this sleeve so I did. When I bought this it was just right. It helped, although my knee still swelled and I ended up having 35cc of fluid taken off of my knee. I still wear it to hold my knee and try to keep the swelling down. I washed it and now I am unable to wear it. It is so tight and bunches up. I just ordered 2 other sleeves to see how they work. I need something for swelling and to keep my knee straight and help with the pain. For that kind of money I would have expected that it wouldn't shrink like that. I let them know how disappointed I was.

I had a meniscus injury and couldn't get more than half a mile in to a run without knee pain. I wore this product with the ice packs in the front and it provided good support for my knee. I did find that the ice packs it comes with didn't seem to last very long although you shouldn't be icing for more than 15 minutes at a time anyway. The bag it comes with does a good job at keeping the 2 ice packs frozen so I was able to transport the ice packs to my run then swap them out after my run. I didn't use ice on the back of my knee but I did try to use the sleeve without ice in it and although it still provided good support it tended to slide down from above the knee without the ice pack in it. The sleeve definitely got me running sooner and seems to be holding up well although I've only used it for about 15 - 20 miles since my injury.

Great design and love the material. I don't know if I should have gotten a bigger size but it tends to roll down a slight bit.. But and very happy with how my knees feel. I got a size small I weigh 130lbs, 5'2'

I bought this product at 13-15in for my left knee. I have a lot of pain behind the knee and I'm not sure what the source of that pain is. So I decided that when I ran an 8k I would try wearing this nice sleeve that fit better and wouldn't fall off. The problem is that it keeps falling off. Not sure why, but I just can't find a sleeve that actually stays on when I run.As for recovery though the sleeve is awesome. I wear it sometimes after activities to stabilize my knee and minimize pain. The ice sheets are also really cool for helping speed up recovery. So I'm not totally dissatisfied with it, I just need a different product to use during gameday.
