No, this tire requires an inner tube to be put inside it. This is not glued on to the rim.

I received the steel bead, not folding. i made sure to order the folding tire. how do i contact the company to get the right ones?

The tire has a big crack

During the general maintenance of the bicycle, the technician identified an internal crack at the bead and the protection destroyed.I do not recommend this ire anymore.Unfortunate, I cannot return the tire to Amazon. I cannot see the option in the system.
