Fit my 2015 Transit Connect Cargo Van.
I installed these rain guards on my 2015 Ford Transit Connect Cargo Van. They are an exact fit. The WeatherTech side window rain guards don't use adhesive to stay in place. Rather than being stuck to the outside window frame, these rain guards are inserted inside the window and are held in place by friction. Installation, while a little scary, is quick and easy to do. Once in place the guards look like standard equipment. When reading up on my 2015 Transit Connect, multiple reviewers recommended adding side window rain guards so you can leave the windows open a crack on hot days while parked for ventilation to keep the interior from over heating. The WeatherTech rain guards do seem to make a difference while keeping rain from blowing into the cracked window. I'm totally happy with them.

Quality product
Strong, flexible, should last for life of the van. Fit perfectly and look good on the vehicle.Fair price and very fast shipping. Exactly as described. Extremely satisfied.

Well designed friction fit but takes breaking in
Took me several tries to install these. When they say it’s important to set the bottom on top of the window molding, they mean it. From there it seems like you are going to break the plastic bending it into place but you won’t. Then I had a bit of break in because the fit was so tight that the windows wouldn’t roll up without a manual assist (tugging by hand slightly). I wedged some tongue depressors in to stretch out the seal, but I think that was unnecessary. It’s been a week now and the windows work smoothly without strain. My biggest complaint it that they don’t make these for my rear windows.

not sure about the purchase
Wanted to get this product for a while. Fund in on Amazon... Installation was actually pretty simple... but that's where it ends. It seems product might be missing some installation clips...including clip that strip is supposed to rest on the bottom of the window. Could not tell for certain because neither wethertech nor amazon lists actual items you are supposed to be getting but after watching some install videos it appears so. The other thing that is more of a concern to me is that product reduces gap in which window travels in. So window motor works significantly harder which personally worries me more. So there is either something wrong with my installation or I should have purchased visor that adheres to the outside of the window.

Good window deflectors
We have had WeatherTech window deflectors on several vehicles and really liked them. These were a little harder to put on as they were larger than car size ones that just fit the top frame of the window. These have a long front edge that is tricky to get in. when you first run the windows up and down it puts a strain on the power window motor. I almost was going to send them back due to that, but after a week or so in vehicle they seamed to loosen up and the window works fine.

Best Option Bar None!
I have installed vent visors on my last 5 auto and pickup purchases. There is no substitute for a well-engineered IN-THE-CHANNEL visor. The glue on and 2-sided tape versions just do not hold up well. I used to work full-time in the auto service and repair business, and I can tell you from experience with my own cars and my customer's cars - these are the ones to buy. Insist on Weathertech and you will never be disappointed!
