1st install; the elastic string w/in 1 of the collapsible poles broke, so the product useless.
The elastic string for one of the collapsible poles broke as soon as we started to put the together, which made the entire screen tent system fail. We really needed it for an outdoor bug issue and could not use it at all.Additionally, it came with no directions and there is no video to show the easiest way to put it together.Expected much more from Campmore!

Holes in seams
Some seams were not sewn correctly. As a result, after only three uses, some holes opened up in the seams allowing bugs to easily enter. The window for returning the item has closed so it's too late to exchange it.

Frustrating assembly
This did not come with instructions and had a small hole near one right corner from bad packaging . Because we did not have instructions, we missed loop at top and it sagged in middle entire camping trip. We were too frustrated to take it apart and re-assemble so we made it work.

Completely upset.
Update sent it back and asked for a replacement (which was delayed twice but understandable with all that's going on), After which I found the seller info and emailed asking what it came with, to which they said the tent and carry case and poles. So when I got it I expected at least the correct color. It's not a bright green it's an army green. And I got stakes with this one.Still going to return. Because the seller is confused just as i am.I had high hopes despite the mixed reviews. I should have listened. I opened the box expected a NEW item and instead immediately noticed used poles, rips, dirt even seen the color is not what is shown in the picture and No stakes to hold in place that would be easy fix but after all the other issues and knowing the process of returning. The picture shows a bright ish green what I received is more army green. Also no instructions. But as I started opening it more I seen dirt and became just over it. My kids and I were going to set this up to get the gist for camping next weekend and I just want to return it. Can't use for my daughter's play yard like the intention cause rips would allow bugs and critters. And couldn't use for food cause same issue. Was looking for email to customer service to get a replacement for the company but not able to find. I just received and it was early delivery. Nice of that. Now I can find something else that hopefully suits my needs. 😓

keeps out the bugs!
I have a real problem with insects. They just seem to love getting on me or flying near me when I am outside. I'm not sure why? So I thought we would purchase a screen house to solve that problem. It worked we purchased this screen house and it was easy to assemble and did the trick. What i found great about it too, is that it zippers so that I can allow a space for my dogs to get through and it closes back fairly well once they are in and out. I would recommend this one to anyone who has an issue with bugs!

Worked as I had hoped
Went camping this weekend, so I had a chance to set it up and use it. It was not to bad putting it together, it only has two poles, so it really isn't rocket science. I had it setup within ten minutes, with the picnic table under it. I did buy better stakes to anchor it into the ground, it never budged the whole time, worked out great for us. tear down was a breeze to, it fit back in the bag nicely.We even had a fellow camper compliment us on it and asked where they could buy one.

Fits over picnic table, withstood thunderstorm
Easy to install with 2 people - similar to a tent set up with just 2 poles. Seems a little flimsy however we had huge thunderstorm and strong winds come through and it stayed up! (We did replace 2 of their stakes with better ones just in case.) Rain came through obviously through the mesh, if it was lighter rain, I believe middle under roof would have been dry. Bugs came through bottom and when we opened it up but not too much. We really wished it had a hook or loop at the top center to hang our lantern. We put it over a state park (Janes Island State Park) picnic table and it fit just fine and put our lantern on the picnic table. One of the zipper thingies to hold on to broke off but there are 2 - one for inside and outside so we were still able to zip it up and down fine. I’d recommend it since it did the job, was cheaper than others and about a 10-15 minute set up.

Buy at your own risk
It definitely looks nice. But a few issues. First issue it came broken with one of the corner tabs missing. Since it’s missing I cannot put a stake through it. Extremely light weight so it’s easy to fly around or even take up and leave... Even with the steaks in. I definitely don’t recommend this to anyone there are more better products
