Inaccurate readings
So disappointed on this purchase. Completely inaccurate temperature reading at same timeline. If forehead temp shows 39C then ears will show 36C. I don’t understand why such high reviews. But I have noticed last few reviews are saying same as mine. Did we get old used ones? Such big brand and such annoying product. It’s actually hazardous for health of the babies if we rely on the temp reading and give medicine. Pathetic!!

Wrong readings
My baby is 6 months The readings on this thermometer was wrong, it kept giving me a normal temp when I used an old school thermometer it was 38 c i had to rush to ER .

Reading not accurate
Forehead 38 degrees and ears 36 degrees.My 9 month old girl obviously had a fever, I needed to make sure what was her temperature.
