I was really excited for these bands and really appreciate the adjustable design and clips at both ends. I this would have been a 6 Star review from me if it weren't for after the FIRST use some tears started emerging in my 40lb band which I'm afraid to use as I think it will snap easily.Very sad about this as I was extremely excited for this product and it looked near perfect before discovering this.

Far better than the rest of the cheap crap out there that rips after a few weeks. I have both their systems. HIGH QUALITY design.

I ordered these without being entirely sure if this was a gimmick or if the band shortening mechanism would actually work. To my surprise it actually works well and does increase the resistance by decreasing the band length. I even wrote to the seller asking when they would have a similar product for loop style bands. I would definitely recommend these.

They are good bands. They seem durable. Great for different exercises. You can really make alot of resistance without the stress of free weights on your joints.

Not bad if you are wanting 50lb bands to have 20lb resistance after one workout. Pretty frustrating that they wore out so soon. The tabson them make it very uncomfortable to do anything over head. Better than other Amazon cheap brands, but just do yourself a favor, suck it up and pay the extra 40 bucks for real bands
