I am 61 and my doctor said I should add resistance training to my cardio. She said I do not need to lift like I did in my 20's, I need to lift like an old man! She recommended Resistance bands..I looked around and found this set which has both the bands and cords. I found some videos online and found I can do a variety of exercises, some claim that bands are better than free weights for some training since they have constant resistance (unlike free-weights where you can use the upward momentum of the weights in a fast action, to overcome that pause, part-way up)..After only two weeks, I have firmed up my arms and chest a little.

I bought these for myself as a way to workout better while traveling. They're not bulky and work great, so no excuses for me to stop working out even on the go.An unexpected use case also happened when my father injured his knee in a fall recently. I was able to lend him the lighter bands to aid in his rehab after surgery.

The bands seem constructed well and have held up for a couple workouts so far. They come with plenty of carabiners and other accessories.There are two minor things that could be improved. The weight rating on the bands are not accurate, it feels closer to half (10 lbs feels like 5 lbs, 20 feels like 10, etc). The ankle straps would also not be comfortable unless worn over socks or sweats, which means they aren't usable for me. I ended up getting some padded ankle straps.I still gave it 5 stars because it's still a good buy because of everything that's included at this price. More bands can be purchased when more weight is needed and the padded ankle straps weren't overly expensive.The straps are used for workouts that were previously done with free-weights and work very well. And cost about one tenth as much as the other equipment.

I bought these to supplement my dumbbell workouts. They are great. I also bought some of these to use for workouts with my high school boys basketball team. Great value and great quality.

I initially purchased these to throw in my luggage when I have to travel so that I’m still able to exercise without having to worry about finding a gym abroad. I was pleasantly surprised with the “burn” I felt using them when I combined multiple bands. I have since incorporated them into my normal workouts and plan to keep doing so!

I needed these as part of my physical therapy after rotator cuff surgery. They are excellent and will continue to use for continued strength training. I take the to the gym and use them there as part of my routine.

I don't know if they're durable, because I haven't used them long. But they seem to be well made. I wish they were a little longer, but with the handles, they start at about 6 feet, before you stretch them.

I hang these over one of our pull-up bars and use them daily. It is easy to change the resistance by adding or removing bands. In the photo I have connected the 10lb and 30lb bands and have the 20, 40 and 50lb bands on standby. I can also use these with the enclosed attachment for use with a closed door. Best home gym investment I have made to date. I had one question and immediately heard back from the seller. Highly recommend this product!
