Why did you pick this product vs others?:Excellent ! I’m still impressed at how quickly my hair not only stopped falling out but started growing again. I haven’t even made it up to taking a full suggested dose. I’ve been taking 1/2. It’s mixes well. I hide it in my protein drink to knock it all out together.

Since I started taking this ive noticed my nails have grown much longer and stronger along with my hair. Also the ridges in my nails have disappeared. I dont like the taste that much so I mix it with a greek yogurt, granola and strawberries and it's tasteless. Will be taking this from now on
