Awesome Scooter! Weirdly popular, too!
This is my first electric scooter I've bought. I was originally going to buy a Vespa (one of the 300s that can go on the highway) for around town usage, so I can have something gas efficient to run to the grocery store. A friend convinced me that I should get this instead, and man am I glad I listened.First things first, this is NOT a toy. It is a very fast scooter that will get up to 45 MPH, and it goes from 0-30 basically instantly. In dual motor high power mode, it will spin the front tire if you don't have enough weight on the front, which is actually fun if you know how to control it. I only ride it with full motorcycle gear in the high power mode. If I don't want to gear up, I leave it in Eco mode where it doesn't really go faster than maybe 10-12 MPH.The initial assembly was straightforward, but I also have experience working on motorcycles and cars, so tightening a a few Allen bolts was pretty easy. The instructions included weren't all that helpful, but I didn't need them. If you get lost or confused, ask a friend who knows how to adjust bicycles, as the skills will transfer over.Riding it is an absolute riot, and leaving it in mid-power mode it's a ton of fun to ride around at low and medium speeds. Almost every time I park it someone comes up to me excitedly asking about it, too! Given how much I spent on it, I'd say it's absolutely worth the amount that's being asked. As far as battery life is concerned, you'll only get the maximum range in Eco mode, which caps out at a low speed, which for this thing is about how fast people cruise around on a pedal bicycle. Leaving it in Gear 2, which caps the speed to 30 MPH, i calculate I should get right around 30 miles out of a full charge. I weigh approximately 225 with all my gear on, plus another up to 10-30 pounds of cargo in my backpack, so keep that in mind. Obviously if you're smaller it'll go a bit further and if you're heavier it won't go as far. That's just the nature of electric vehicles.Sturdiness wise I rate it 5 stars. The frame is all metal and feels extremely strong. There is very little flex on the front forks, so while riding it feels solid and put together. The suspension doesn't have a ton of travel, but it can pop curbs pretty confidently if you do it slowly and practice. It hops off curbs pretty easily, but I don't do that a ton as it's hard on the suspension.Ergonomics are...fine. I'm just under 6 feet tall, so the handlebars are a few inches too low for my liking, otherwise the width is perfect. Stock grips feel nice, better than my $7k Yamaha MT-07 I bought 5 years ago. The controls are plastic, otherwise solid and easy enough to use. I strongly dislike the blinker switch, and it only lights up on the rear....so...why bother? Hand signals it is. Jokes aside, it's a motorcycle style one that does not cancel and requires you to slide the switch back to the middle to cancel, which is annoying. The horn is loud, so I don't use it. I strongly appreciate the bright headlights and side LED strips, they do wonders to help keep you visible. The headlights shine far out enough to actually be useful at night. I don't really feel safe riding around my city at night, but that's a Bay Area problem not the scooter's fault.Handling wise, I like it. It is very easy to control at low speeds and I feel confident making street turns at 15-20MPH aka the speed of traffic on city streets. I'm comfortable riding on the sidewalk at lower speeds in cases where I do not feel safe on the road. The brakes are actually really good. Solid lever feel and the adjustments are great, and I appreciate them being included. Just know the thing only weighs 100 pounds, so practice emergency stops, as you can lock up the wheels pretty easily. It only took me a few minutes to be able to control a rear tire slide while stopping. There's no ABS, so if you pull the lever too hard, the tire will lock up on you.All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. I love riding it, and plan to put on as many miles as possible.

PLUS SIZE RIDER
The packaging was great my right blinker did fall off but I got it back on. ABSOLUTELY great range rode at the highest power mode possible all day and almost all night my battery never dropped under 3 bars out of 5 so about 30 miles half battery with a plus size rider. I easily climbed his and 30mph with no run up and this thing is a beast offroad. Definitely be careful accelerating when dual motor mode is on. Only downside I've had is my front tire is leaking air. It's leaking really slowly tho and that might have been my fault as I have not been easy on the thing.SUMMARY.QUESTION 1.Will you get to 50 mph as a plus size rider.=yes I've hit 43mph and still had throttle room left.QUESTION 2. Can it offroad flat/uphill.=Yes I was 25 offroad flat and 17uphill still had a lot of throttle room left.PROS/CONS-PROS-Super fast with a heavy rider-Great suspension-Cool lighting-Great motorcycle style blinkers-loud horn-Fast charging-CONS-Really heavy inconvenience in weight-blinkers are a little flimsy and will break when crashing-Unclear instructions/just watch a YouTube vid and you'll be fine-Frame makes a creaking noise-Really short chargersCONCLUSION- Great scooter even for 300lbs+ riders imo the pros weigh out the cons because most of the cons are just inconveniences. And remember I'm a heavy rider so if you are a twig your experience will be different.

Super fast and Powerful
Who knew that 57 would be so much fun. Full disclosure, I ride a motorcycle, but this gives me some fun options zipping around the neighborhood, running to the store, or exploring a big city. I can throw these in the back of my truck with ease and plenty of room when towing my camper and can’t take my motorcycle. I thought it was fast, but when I hit the dual motor button, my eyes were watering I was going so fast. I’m going to have to get some goggles or a windshield 😊. I’m not sure about battery life yet, but it’s well built and very stable standing or sitting. Unlike the other scooter pictured, it takes hills with ease. For the price, they dropped the ball on the phone holder. I have an iPhone with a case on it, so the button in the middle of the holder doesn’t work with my iPhone to collapse the case. I was also disappointed that the lock didn’t have any instructions, but I figured it out after careful review of it. Unfortunately, it’s not very long, so I'm not sure how practical it will be when needed.

HORRIBLE JUNK
WORST customer service experience I've had with an Amazon vendor. I received the scooter in fine condition. However, good luck trying to figure out how to put it together. Instructions are HORRIBLE. I called around to a few scooter and bike shops and NOBODY would touch it because it wasn't their product. I eventually put it together myself and getting it to fold down was a nightmare, it simply wouldn't go down without having risking getting my fingers caught on some chessy lever you're supposed to push however doesn't budge easily at all. The handlebars are pretty low, so if you're over 6' tall, this scooter will feel very unsafe to ride with them small tires. Finally, i requested a return. They did good approving the return, however, they WILL NOT pay for the packaging or shipping and i ended up paying $375 just to return it. They refunded Affirm the $1462 that was financed but they absolutely refused to pay for any of the shipping costs after i repeatedly asked them if they would refund the shipping and packaging if i returned it. All they would reply with was "return the scooter, be assured you will be refunded". They refunded the price of the scooter and screwed their customer with shipping and packaging. Bad business. Buy at your own risk. But take it from me, this scooter is NOT worth no $1400.
