This stuff is amazing! I'm a teacher, so get exposed to colds and other viruses pretty much every day. Whenever I feel a cold coming on (you know that sinking feeling...) I start on these every few hours, and usually stop the cold in its tracks, or at least shorten it and reduce the symptoms. I will always keep these on hand. Great stuff!

Used 3-4 times and if you use it early enough (early onset or suspecting symptom start) it works great! Keep atleast 30 mins gap between food and water intake

I like the bottle design. It's easy to use and dispenses easily. It's nice and compact for travel. It also works as intended so I'll be buying this again when needed.

Works well in preventing it if caught early enough, otherwise it does help relieve and reduce symptoms and shortens the virus. They have a good taste, not chalky at all.
