This model does not have spot lock. You can purchase an upgrade for this model that will add spot lock. You can buy the I-pilot upgrade directly from minn kota. The other option is to purchase a trolling motor that has a factory I- pilot system like the terrova. The only difference between buying a terrova or upgrading the powerdrive is with the upgrade on the powerdrive you can’t use the foot pedal any longer.

Does this have enough power to move my stratos

It has plenty of power to propel a 15 or 16 foot typical boat. you did not indicate the length and weight of your boat.
