these tablets have been brilliant controlling my hot flushes and night sweats , barely notice my hot flushes at all now and night sweats have totally stopped . The only disadvantage I’ve found is I get very slight period type cramps but nothing bad , just the odd twinge which is still far better than the hot flushes I used to suffer with . I have just purchased another 3 bottles as I really don’t want to run out !!!

Takes a couple of weeks to work but cleared up my hot flushes so I don’t get any now. If I stop taking these the hot flushes return after a few days. Great to find something that works.

I’ve tried and tested most menopausal supplements and I’ve been given HRT …. But THIS herbal supplement is The BEST! No brain fog, clarity, no sweats, no mood swings … my spirits are uplifted all the time AND… I’ve used these since having a full hysterectomy five years ago and I’ve never gone through menopause! Short expiry date, I have older bottle with much longer expiry date than this new one, disappointing

I was told these sage tablets were good for night sweats so bought them from a health shop. I have found them helpful, so was delighted to get them on-line for about £2 cheaper!

God, I was dying with the flushes. Soaked from head to toe and then left cold and damp. These seemed to have done the trick as my HRT patches were ineffective although I still stuck one on my rear end in hope and sheer desperation.

Really didn’t expect too much from these if I’m honest but wow what a difference,the flushes are no way as excessive as they were,don’t feel so fatigued either. Will continue to buy once these run out there a complete godsend

I dearly wish I could say these are effective, but they have made absolutely no difference to the frequency of my hot flushes nor the intensity. Sadly, a complete waste of money.
