50+ Year Pro Pianist = Five Stars!
Excellent seller; quick shipper, good price. As for the keyboard, it is par excellence. Sound: it is THE best sound of all the keyboards I've heard in this price range. I've come to figure out that those keyboard manufacturers who do not make real pianos, are terrible. The speakers can be loud. For a decent size room of, say 100 or so people, the volume shouldn't be a problem with the onboard speakers. Touch: The touch is very close to my Kawaii baby grand (and the sound, too) - that's a lighter touch, which I prefer. The action/touch are realistic. Interface: it is very intuitive and super - press two sounds to layer them, for example. Weight: It is easy to carry. Yes, I will take plastic any day to not break my back than the best metal unit. As a pianist in his 50+ year of playing, I have no reservations in giving this keyboard five stars.

Amazing tone, keyboard and quality. The ES520 stands out as the best in class.
Amazing keyboard. I tried several others and the ES520 is way above others in terms of the weighted keyboard, playability and tone. The Bluetooth is easy to use and a great feature.

I returned it but it's a great little piano
I liked the sound of this unit quite a bit, but I'm more accustomed to the way the keys feel on the Roland FP series. Though I think I like the sound of the Kawai a little bit better, it wasn't enough better to want to give up the PH4 keybed. I hadn't realized how much I love how those keys feel, until I played the Kawai.Another thing I really appreciate about this unit is how lightweight it is. I do wish my FP 60x from Roland wasn't so backbreaking to take places.

Excellent for the price
I bought for 1000 dollars used, excellent keyboard for the price. Sounds great. I can’t really speak for the action because I’m a beginner and I haven’t played on any acoustic pianos, but I can say that it feels solid, not too heavy like the Yamaha p515 that I bought and returned because the key action was so heavy that I couldn’t even practice. Overall for the price very satisfied. Should last me until it breaks or I die.

Outstanding Digital Piano!
Bought for my son to have in his university room, based on many reviews. Check out the reviews on YouTube and you will see overwhelming thumbs up, high praise for this newer Kawai instrument. Best for piano voices, although the other voices on it are also excellent.
