Good quality
These are nice and sturdy

I don't buy any other mini-biners.
When I found these several years ago, I stopped buying any other brand.Most biners this size are cheap, flimsy and poorly finished. They fail and you lose your stuff.No so with Boomers. The spring keeps the gate closed well enough. I don't find them loose in my pocket - they stay on the key ring. In other applications around kayaks and backpacks, I have had no failures.Use them long enough and you'll wear the finish off of these, but the aluminum patina gives them a little character.I give boxes of these away during the holidays to everyone I know spends their off time in the outdoors. Super useful and always appreciated.

Handy with many uses
These are the handiest and most useful clips. I liked the first bunch so much I ordered as second set. I've used them camping and fishing and just might get a third set. For camping, I've used them to connect guy lines to tents & tarps and to hang things from the top of a canopy to keep the animals out of them. I use them with crab traps to connect lines to the traps and secure the other end of the line. The uses are almost unlimited.

Decent clip
Decent clip that's not hard to use. I'm using them to hold up a banner and they should do that with no problem

Accurate weight limit
You'll see in the above pictures one photo of my 176 lb self hanging from a pull up bar with some very rudementary rope and knots. I saw the weight limit was 170 for these and wanted to test it. My plan is to use these for a canoe trip for holding gear in. At 177 lbs these began to fail as seen in the picture. Still 5 stars because I imagine it wouldn't have failed if I weighed 160. I also do not intend to load these anywhere close to that, just wanted to know my gear ahead of time rather than trust the manufacturer. I'd buy these again.

If you put any real load on these they deform after repeated use.

Good looking little caribeaners. I didn’t buy them to hold any weight, just little things at work n stuff. I got the gun metal and the color is really nice, if it matters lol
