Good quality, almost 90 degrees.
I installed this on my 2017 Specialized Sirrus which I converted into an E-Bike. I wanted to ride in a more upright position. This CYSKY Bike Stem worked out well, it adjusts close to 90 degrees more like 85. The stem is very well built and looks good too. I did have to use the included spacer (universal ) because my handlebars are 25.4mm diameter. The spacer seems to clamp well with no squeaks or vibration. After the installation of the CYSKY Bike Stem I can ride upright, my hands don't get numb anymore and an added bonus is that the bike handles better because the stem is not angled towards the front of the bike. This is a very nice bike stem!

so worth the money
easy to install and very sturdy.some one suggested that it was flimsy...it definitely is not,it is very adjustable and definitely well build.just make sure you order the right size.

helps bring the handle bars forward to eliminate the numbing of hands while riding. I put this on my Lectric bike.

Nice quality. Like the ability to make it almost vertical. Mounting piece is a little on short side. Needed to add a spacer to stem to fit propertly.

I am very happy with this adjustable handlebar stem.I needed my handlebars to be higher, may hands were geting numb, having the handlebars up more it help my hands.Good build, quality part. Good price and fast shipping.Thank you.

Good Stem
It fits my Freesky Warrior. It raises the handle bars to a more comfortable height. I took it in a rough trail with no issues. It was easy to install.
